We're alive, and here's proof

I mean it’s okay that he said that everyone has something that takes them to the edge because that’s true. But for the writers to spin some story about how he got caught cheating on an exam and wanted to commit suicide? Seriously? I take personal offense to that. In my eyes that takes what it’s like to have real issues, and be really depressed, and it minimizes it. That story was so blatantly ridiculous, and using his alleged three minute laps in judgement as an example of what feeling like that is actually like is infuriating. That is NOT what depression is like. That is NOT what suicide is like.

It’s a horrible thing, and great for Glee for trying to convey this to their audience, but obviously none of them have ever been through anything like this, and if they are going to fail so miserably with this horrifying little anecdote, they should have just left this issue alone.

I’m so angry about this I can’t even form my thoughts. Just, fuck everything about the little speech he just gave. And fuck Glee.
